Requirements:

1. Bachelor degree or above in business field.

2. At least 15 years’ sales and marketing experience in B2B business of electronics industry.

3. Strong knowledge and experience in marketing and sales management for B2B and B2G channels’ solutions provision.

4. Excellent leadership and demonstrated skills and abilities in organizing, communication, influencing and motivating others.

5. Integrity and open minded. Market and result driven.

6. Fluent in both Mandarin and English.

Responsibilities: 

1. Be responsible for mid-long term strategy planning and achievement of KPI targets including volume, revenue, net profit, inventory, AR, etc.

2. Be responsible for brand marketing, product roadmap for signage/public display and hotel TV in the region.

3. Develop business various channels and maintain long term good relationship with clients.

4. Ensure the quality and service for products and total solution at large. 

5. Select, develop, evaluate and motivate talents.
