Requirements:

1.Bachelor Degree or better in either a Mechanical or Electrical Engineering discipline or Trade Certified
2.Must possess functional and technical engineering knowledge and skills to perform the role.
3.The ability to develop short and long range plans that are appropriately comprehensive, realistic and effective in meeting goals and the ability to integrate planning across sites.
4.Ability to influence and gain credibility within all levels within the organisation by building rapport within constructive and effective relationships.
5.Ability to drive initiatives and orchestrate multiple activities at once to accomplish goals.
6.Capability to effectively communicate clearly and succinctly within a variety of communication settings in Chinese and English.
7.Substantial stock feed manufacturing experience within process engineering and maintenance, or with significant plant managerial experience. >5 years
8.Experience in Capital project management.
9. Candidates must be willing to travel extensively within the Asia regionSubstantial stock feed manufacturers.
