Key Responsibilities / Functions:

• Understanding of high-speed digital circuit design, CPU, memory, packet-based switching circuit, WiFi, power management and analog design to develop new or optimize existing products.
• Strong Design to cost experience of HW board with appropriate cost-effective components.
• Strong experience in PCB layout, Board bring-up and debug, and fully test boards’ functionality and performance;
• Providing technical support and failure analysis for any manufacturing and field issues.
• Good coordination ability to work with factory, mechanical team, engineering supporting team and software team, as well as 3rd party vendors.
• Completing design and test documents during corresponding development stages.

Required Qualifications: (Education, Technical Skills/Knowledge)

• BS/MS in EE or equivalent related degree.
• Familiarity with 3GPP LTE, 5G, Wi-Fi standards, with experience to design and debug for Wi-Fi, LTE, 5G access solutions as well as antenna design, related simulation and test.
• Familiarity with Telecom-related standards such as ETSI, NEBS, Telcordia and EUED-RoHS, etc.
• Good mindset on cost-effective designs
• High responsibility, dedication and team spirit; self-motivated and ability to work independently.
• Excellent verbal and written English is a must

Desired Qualifications: (Education, Technical Skills/Knowledge)

• At least 3 years of successful RF Design experience, as well as a solid understanding of the product lifecycle process and hardware development process.
