1.              管理中央厨房，全面负责产品研发。

2.              协同品控部共同制定QAP，产品标准化制作。

3.              协同市场部进行市场开拓、产品展示、客户接待、商务洽谈等。

4.              根据市场反馈进行老产品升级、改良。

5.              根据客户要求进行产品定向、定制研发，提供最终解决方案。

6.              立制作产品配方单、使用原料出成及成品总出成。

7.              根据生产部生产计划，组织制定厨房的生产计划，负责按计划核对原辅料料单及生鲜产品的原料库存及半成品库存。

8.              按生产计划合理调配人员和设备，调整生产布局和生产负荷，提高生产效率。

9.              监督检查厨房员工的工作，对违规操作提出警告并指正。

10.            监督检查生产过程中的自检，防止不合格品流入下道工序。

 

任职要求：

1.       5年以上四星级以上酒店中餐厨师长工作经验或连锁店、食品工厂运营管理经验。

2.       拥有较高的烹饪技术，了解和熟悉食品材料的产地、规格、质量、一般进货价。

3.       精通成本控制管理、食品营养学、厨房的设备知识，具有良好的创新意识和市场的前瞻性。

4.       形象气质佳，沟通能力强，身体健康、精力充沛、吃苦耐劳。

5.       团队管理能力强，熟练掌握专业技术及菜品知识。

Apart from providing services to various Chinese and foreign airlines at the airports in China, SATS has established various joint-ventures, acquired companies and also build our own central kitchens in different parts of China.
