Scope of work:

？ Communicate spare parts specification to supplier to ensure they understand the requirements

？ Lead a compliance matrix specification / requirements review with the supplier

？ Manage the supplier to deliver product that meets company requirements

？ Develop validation test acceptance criteria and communicate it to the supplier

？ Validate the final SW and HW with the supplier to ensure specification compliance was met.

？ Weekly meeting with supplier to review order status. (weekly)

？ Weekly project status report meeting to align progress and escalate issues to supervisor.

Education level:

- BS and above degree in Electrical/Automation/Mechanical Engineering

Qualification Requirements:

1. Skilled in written English and fluent in spoken English

2. MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) capability

3. Ability to communicate and work well with others

4. Advanced capability in MS Office and MS Project software

5. Ability to clearly communicate technical specification and regulatory requirements to suppliers

6. Skills in electric tools, garden equipemtn, welding

7. Ability to work with cross-functional team of management and project managers (domestic and overseas) and take ownership and responsibility to get issues solved

8. Demonstrated excellent written and verbal communication skills

9. BS or MS in Electrical or Automotive Engineering

10. Logical, independent thinker

11. Self-motivated

12. Accountable; accepts responsibility

13. Team oriented work practices

On side support: 80%-100%

配件工程师（助理）：

工作范围：

？ 向供应商传达配件订单规范，以确保他们了解要求

？ 与供应商一起领导合规矩阵规范/要求审查

？ 与支持总体项目时间安排供应商建立微软项目工作计划（每月更新）

？ 制定验证测试验收标准并将其传达给供应商

？ 与供应商一起验证最终硬件，以确保符合规范要求

？ 每周与供应商召开会议，审查项目状态

？ 每周召开项目状态报告会议，协调进度并将问题上报给主管。

教育水平：

？ 电气/自动化/机械工程学士及以上学位

资格要求：

1）熟练的书面英语和流利的英语口语

2）熟练掌握MS Office（Excel、PowerPoint、Word）功能

3）与他人沟通和工作的能力

4）向供应商清楚传达技术规范和法规要求的能力

5）能够与管理层和项目经理（国内外）的跨职能团队合作，负责解决问题

6）表现出良好的书面和口头沟通能力。
