Job Description

? Leading TMC sea & air implementation project AP>NA
o Managing cross-function stakeholders at different locations in different countries
o Project team build up and management
o Project plan and milestone management
o Business case development and cost control
o Business units contraction
o Process flow development and standardization
o Master data management
o TMS system management with system provider
o Managing internal and external suppliers to implement TMC in CN
o Support line manager with the setup of TMC operation team in CN

? Leading intro-Asia TMC sea and air freight implementation project
? Leading int'l TMC railway implementation project
? Leading/supporting other int'l TMC implementation projects

Qualifications

? Bachelor/Master degree in supply chain, logistics, transportation, Int'l trade or other equivalent
? +5 years' experience in project management, int'l transportation processes, transport management system for int'l transportation & 3PL processes
? Excellent communication and inter-personal skills with ability to work cross-functional
? Strong leadership to drive stakeholders to achieve project milestones
? Independently lead/coordinate projects with ability to adjust project priorities
? Accountable, proactive and customer oriented, good team player with self-motivation, ability to work under pressure in a very dynamic work environment
? Open-minded and is able to deal with ambiguities, conflicting priorities and multi-cultural environment
? Fluent & effective verbal and written communication in English and Mandarin
? Distinct analytical skills with strong MS excel skills
? Willing to travel in CN and oversea
