Application support:

Major Responsibilities:

1. ITIL support to Asia CRO user. (Electronic Lab Notebook (ELN) system and Digital Signature (DS) System)
2. Helpdesk support to users.
3. Triage production support tickets for post deployment support.
4. System maintenance for ELN, DS, HP Quality Center Systems, such as creating/updating user account, monitoring task workflow, logging/tracking/reporting defects/test scripts
5. Instrument PC maintenance, and data backup
6. Support to various software installation and upgrade.

Qualification:

1. Bachelor's degree in computing science or related major
2. 1 or 2 years Experience of working in applications support, helpdesk experience preferred.
3. English communication(oral) is a MUST, good interpersonal skills.
4. Be able to work under pressure
5. Practical knowledge of the Windows desktop environment, internet/intranet environment and troubleshooting
6. Quick learner, good team player and follow the guidance from senior team members.

Bio assay analyst/developer

Major Responsibilities:

1. Develop workflow templates for scientist to record and process scientific research experiments.
2. Test script develop and execution in Quality Center.
3. Understand the requirements from documents, clarify the questions via email and teleconference.
4. Support to users in global, and able to work independently.
5. Support through ITSM system for user request all over the world.

Qualification:

1.Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Bioprocess Engineering, Molecular Biology, or related sciences with computer Informatics interest preferred
2.Excellent Excel spreadsheet development experience and computer skills (2 years + experiences). Understanding multidimensional spreadsheet is a big plus.
3.Excellent interpersonal skills (in both Chinese and English).
4. Well organized and self motivated
