概观

Support internal and external customer and distributor’s technical & application requirements. Handle complaints from end users and distributors.

 

职责

Collect and handle complaints and follow/support complaint system

Support customer telephone and web survey

Collect and analysis service and/or support requirement information to service team.

Collect and file customer’s information.

Support application training to internal and external customer.

Keep and enhance bio-rad good image in front of the customers

资格

Excellent spoken and written English

Excellent interpersonal communication skills, good telephone skills.

Strong application knowledge.

Minimum of 1-2 years application experience and operation in Lab.

Good organization and planning skills

Operation experience of bio-rad or other peer’s products

Strong computer skills with proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint. Experience with Salesforce is a plus
