Role Description




About 12-18 years of experience
in IT service/related industry, working with large Global

companies.
Good exposure in
Healthcare and Life Sciences sector with IT/consulting background.
Experience in large IT project implementations.
Experience in handling
multimillion dollar deal/relationship with large global corporations.
Ability to build and
maintain CXO level relationship.
Strong understanding of
the IT service delivery
Understanding of various
models used in IT service delivery by large IT

companies
Strong interpersonal and
communication skill. Strong

customer relationship skill (at various levels, from line managers to
CXOs).
Ability to work with
multi cultural and geographically

distributed teams. Should be a team person and able to lead different
teams to

a common goal.
Working experience in
China and understanding of the localculture
Should be able to pursue
new sales opportunities. Should be a self-starter and be ready to start
from the scratch and build accounts.
Good awareness of the
tools and technologies used in today's IT world.
Good exposure on end to
end sales process - firming up GTM strategy, pursue and chase leads,
contract negotiations, etc.
Having good contacts
with Healthcare and Life Sciences companies in China

executive and operational levels on IT and Business side
Excellent communication
and interpersonal skills.
Self starter, motivated,
team orientation with experience of working in a onsite / offshore model
