Job Description
Title:
D2C Business Analyst
Mission:
? Responsible for ERP deployment in process documentation, preparation of testing cases, users' acceptance test, prepare training planes and their implementation, preparation and execution of go live plan, issues follow-up and coordination
Duties and responsibilities:
? Work closely with the stream D2C project managers and achieve tasks defined by the project team
? Prepare and document detailed business process flow adapted to local organization based on general design output
? Prepare and document test scenarios to support verification of functional requirements
? Perform unit and end-to-end integrated testing for both Oracle core model and local legacy systems
? Follow-up testing issues until resolved
? Prepare change management material and Oracle training material
? Organize local end user training and end user acceptance test
? Perform data cleaning
? Prepare go-live plan and data conversion
? Support go live and stabilize the operations
? Act as a key interface between business operation team and ERP project team throughout the deployment project
? Report tasks status and communicate to the project team in regular basis
Skills required:
? 3-4 years experiences in working in process and system
? Demonstrable experience in project management or commercial operations related domains
? Good understanding of Oracle ERP business suite and capable of operating different Oracle modules
? Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities. Structure and organized documentation skills
? Proven experience in interacting and coordinating directly with business representatives and end users
? Results-oriented with good communication and interpersonal skills
? Fluent in English and Chinese
? Able to work under pressure
