Mission:
? To implement sales strategy in assigned region of China and fulfill sales target.
? To build up an efficient team to achieve sales target.
Job description:
Duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
? Be responsible for profit & loss in the zone
? Make business plan to achieve the annually sales target this is consistent with the company overall business strategy
? Prospect and identify new business opportunities and Implement sales strategy in assigned region
? Task breakdown annual sales goal to the team and allocate sales force according to the market mapping
? Support area sales manager and sales engineer to maintain a high-level customer relationship
? Leading, coaching and motivation the sales team within the zone and be responsible for develop the sales competence
? Interact with other departments in the organization to ensure the proper handling of customer requirements
Education
? University degree or above with engineering background
Experience
? At least 8 years working experience with 3 year experience in management role
? Proven track record in sales
? Experience in successfully leading a sales team
? Experience in Industrial field
? Experience with P/L responsibility
?
Knowledge
? Mechanical or electrical knowledge
? PC skill is a must

? Good English skill both in oral and written
