Responsibilities:
1.  Inventory Accounting
●Complete monthly account reconciliation for inventory accounting for local reporting
 
2. Payables Tracking & VAT accounting treatment
●Process 3rd party payables of trading company
●Communicate with suppliers for payment details
●Work with buyer for tooling and production parts payments
●Identify improvement opportunities for the payment process
●Perform monthly payables aging analysis and investigate any unusual long-aged items
●Proactively contact with suppliers to do the monthly payable balance reconciliation, investigate any discrepancies, and make adjustments if required
●Trouble-shooting for system error
● Perform the VAT accounting treatment and support the VAT refund application process
● Perform the account reconciliation on monthly basis
● Prepare management metrics as required
 
3. Policy Compliance
● Assist PwC and GAO audit, explain business flow and accounting process, and immediately execute corrective actions
● Complete annual MCRP review, raise OIC and implement corrective actions
● Review the Policy (Finance Manual, RotR, etc.) Update draft, and feedback the local opinions to the responsible APA or global team, and implement the updates once new policy becomes effective
● Assist other accounting reviews like high-risk reserves review, balance-sheet round table, etc.
 

Qualifications:
1.Bachelor or Master degree in Accounting/Finance
2.Area of professional exposure: MS Office / People Soft
3.Functional skills: Accounting Knowledge/Database Mining Skills/English Language Proficiency
4.Job specific skills: Communication Skills/Self-motivated/Teamwork Spirit/ Pressure management skills
