Role Summary/Purpose

:Electrical Engineer learns the practical application of engineering principals, achieves expertise in Electrical Engineering, and investigates new techniques as part of a team. The Electrical Engineer is responsible for designing electrical product/subsystem release solutions.

Essential Responsibilities :

Duties include (but are not limited to):

? Engaging in all phases of new product introduction, including concept, architecture, documentation, design, prototype, test, supplier interfaces, manufacturing introduction and service support

?Responsible for electrical design, verification and integration test activities.

? Deliver related design and verification documents according to QMS requirements

? Not limited in electrical area as lead engineer, Involved into the whole product concept design, solution design and also product integration activities

? Identifying and developing new opportunities to leverage Strategic Sourcing objectives and Common Technology initiatives in Product line

? Ensuring reliability, performance and delivery through supplier relationships

Qualifications/Requirements :

1. BS in Electrical Engineering, Automation or equivalent experience

2. At least 5 years engineering experience in Embedded Software Development

3. Rich experiences in BSP, Driver development, rich experiences in OS based application development for embedded system, demonstrated capability in development and trouble shooting.

4. Proficient in C and C++ for embedded environments

5. Knowhow for popular OS like like e-COS, QNX, Windriver or linux and so on.

Desired Characteristics :

1. MS in Electrical Engineering or equivalent experience

2. Experiences to develop circuit board with Power PC, ARM or DSP will be plus

3. Experiences in Motion Control design will be plus4. Medical industry experiences will be plus

5. Willing to extend development scope to the whole product level

6. Demonstrated technical leadership capability in integration activities

7. Self-starter, energizing, results oriented, and able to multi-task

8. Excellent teamwork, coordination and communication skills

9. Ability to meet aggressive reliability, performance, cost, serviceability, and delivery targets

10. Effective oral and written communication skills

11. Global project experience
