依照公司的有关规定及营运操作流程,协助呼叫中心主管进行日常服务需求接收和工单服务的完成。

To assist Command Centre Supervisor in maintaining client relationship . Recording, allocating and following the service required by the clients. Make great efforts to meet customer’s needs and promote customers satisfaction.

 

2.       任职要求 Qualification & Requirements n  教育背景 Education Background 大专或以上学历 College degree or above n  工作经验 Working Experience 2  一年以上相关工作经验 Above 1 years’ working experience related n  专业技能 Professional skills

2  丰富的对客服务知识

Extensive knowledge in customer service

2  客户服务实际操作经验

Operational experience in critical customer service environments

2  团队指导、培训经验

Experience with coaching and mentoring team members

n  通用技能 General skills 2 良好的团队意识        Good team spirit 2 良好的服务意识    Good Service Spirit 2 较强的沟通技巧

Good communication skills

2 较强的执行力及以结果为导向

Strong execution capability and results-oriented.

2 普通话发音标准,有亲和力

Good Mandarin pronunciation and amiable attitude

2 良好的英语读写能力

Good command of English speaking and writing

2 基本的电脑办公软件(Word,Excel)操作能力

Basic computer skill (office software – word, excel)

2 熟练掌握设施管理信息系统及客户关系管理信息技术工具者优先

Exposure to the use of Facility Management Information Systems or Customer Relationship Management IT tools will be advantageous.

 

3.       工作关系 Job Relations 外部 (输入) EXTERNAL (Input) 内部 (输入/ 输出) INTERNAL (Input/ Output) 外部 (输出) EXTERNAL (Output)     营运点联系人 Site Contact 呼叫中心经理 Command Centre Manager   营运点联系人    Site Contact 呼叫中心主管 Command Centre Supervisor 服务中心文员 Command Centre Operator   4.       主要职责 Main Responsibilities 主要职责Responsibilities 工作内容 Job Description 支持中心Helpdesk/ Call Centre/ Support Desk   ·     接听营运点或客户的来电,并回复问询 Proactively answer operational sites’ or customers’ calls and replies relevant inquiries ·     记录服务需求并在工单系统中开出相应工单,将工单分派给相关营运点联系人并在工作完成后关闭工单 Write down service request and open work orders in Maximo system. Dispatch work orders to related site contacts and close them after work is done. ·     每月完成各营运点预防性工单开关 Open and close monthly PM work orders from operational sites. ·     保持同营运点的联系,及时跟进营运点工单的受理进度 Keep in touch with operational sites, follow up the schedule of work orders from sites ·     向上级汇报未解决的问题或异常情况 Report unsolved problems to line supervisor in time. Quality ·           Understand the importance and the meaning of all Sodexo quality standards and ensure implementation under his/her responsible area. Health, Safety & Environment ·           Conversant and compliance with Health, Safety and Environment module. Corporate Values &Image ·           Promote the corporate image of Sodexo on his/her site, and rectify any negative or inappropriate perception Other duties ·           Carry out other duties and tasks assigned by Line Supervisor
