Set up routine sales analytical system to make sure the system reflect the sales situation in a timely & accurate fashion and all possible issues that upset the business are identified.

* Collect, consolidate, and validate all sales and marketing reporting requirements; and provide sales data based on the requests.
* Take the role as central controller of JDE customer information update and pricing information update.
* Processing the SIP and distributor rebates as per the scheme and company policies.
* Other administrative support in distributor management and sales WCCM as requested.
* Ensures compliance with OMS and any supporting GDP's - e.g. Driving Safety and any local legal requirements


* University degree with 2-3 years relevant working experience as minimum, preferably in Customer Service and Marketing function

* Experience with ERP system
* Strong communication and analytical skills
* Able to communicate in English and Mandarin
* Excellent computer skills in MS office
* Sense of sales business and knowledge about demand and supply processes
* Team working: Supportive of team members; demonstrates positive approach to building team spirit; adaptable and flexible in approach.
* Possess good communication and networking skills essential to communicate and share best practices with others.
* Analytical, logical and coherent in approach.
