Job Description

• Manage entry process including on boarding
• Manage termination process including leaving checklist completion check and follow up, termination certification release
• Manage intern’s time attendance data
• Associate’s personal file management
• Associate’s eFiling support
• Manage contract renew process including organize contract signing and follow up
• As a coordinator between associate and HR, support certification, signature and company chop etc;
• Support handling foreign associate’s visa, working permit, residence permit application, invitation letter of government etc.
• Support social insurance and housing fund related
• Other tasks or projects assigned by leader

Qualifications

？

• Bachelor degree or above, with more than 3 years working experience;
• Genuine passion for HR profession;
• Willing to take over responsibility, show initiative, creative and engagement;
• Can work under pressure with good time management skills;
• Proficient in MS Office;
• Good written and oral English skill;
• Efficient communication skills;
• Experience in HR related function is a plus.
