Key Accountabilities:
Design Consultation: Provide consult on possible training solutions for the business in order to help them scope out the time, resources, and deliverables required to produce a successful learning intervention.
Training Design: Using expertise in Adult Learning Theory, addressing client needs, leveraging available tools, applying compelling instructional design strategy, producing a training design that meets or exceeds client needs, and ultimately meeting or exceeding the business objectives.
Client Management: Manage all client facing interactions appropriately. Keep the client engaged while working on the project. Involve client appropriately in the design and development (SME and Reviewer).
Sets expectations early with the client on what is required on all sides to meet the goals of the project.
Risk Management: Identify and address project risks as they relate to Developers, SMEs and Reviewers that put TDS at risk for not meeting expectations or timelines. Manage escalation to TBP or TDS Management.
Project Lead: Take lead role on assigned training projects. Within that role, demonstrate leadership by creating, maintaining and executing a n instructional design plan that meets or exceeds client expectations

? Technical Writing Expertise: Demonstrate capability in producing technical content within the training materials being developed.
? Graphic Design: Accountable for the visual and functional aspects of learning deliverables and TDS’s ability to apply them to a project or program.
? Able to convey information through consultation, interpersonal leadership, and influence in global relationships
? Excellent oral and written communication skills, able to execute facilitation
? Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills (English)
? Ability to liaise with clients and partners in a professional manner
? Ability to work in a matrix environment and function effectively as a team member
? Ability to work independently and manage multiple and varied tasks
? Flexible attitude with respect to work assignments and new learning
? Strong computer (MS-Office) and internet skills
? Sense of urgency in completing assigned tasks
? Cultural awareness and ability to think and work globally

Education and Work Experience

Education: Bachelor’s Degree; Masters preferred or equivalent education
Professional Years of Experience:
5 - 8 Years with BS/BA
3 - 6 Years with MS/MA
0 - 3 Years with Ed.D., PhD
