POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES
- 日常CRM系统及会员数据库的管理；
- 定期整理CRM数据报告并提交相关部门，发掘顾客售前及售后需求；
- 策划执行相应CRM计划，有效VIP会员，组织CRM活动；
- 实施跟进各渠道CRM活动，收集相应数据分析活动有效性；
- 保持与主要客户之间的密切沟通，客户关怀及邮箱管理，及时应对顾客反馈；
- 收集、了解市场动态，及时提出应对方案，分析客户消费行为，提出改进现有顾客群的满意度并发掘潜在客户的策略规划；
- 对CRM的数据及管理报表进行分析，提交分析报告及建议；
POSITION REQUIREMENTS
- 5年以上CRM工作经验
- 精通韩语，经常需跟韩国首尔总部人员有业务沟通，朝鲜族/韩国留学生优先；
- 没有服装行业经验的也可以，只要做过CRM。
