Responsibilities

• Provide creative, design and production support to Marketing & Communications Department

• Develop Corporate and Marketing material including brochure, newsletter, email campaign, , event material and gift items

• Support major pitches and presentation when necessary

• Other ad hoc duties assigned by Department Head

Skills & Experience

• Design School graduate with at least 3 years’ relevant experience. Experience with real estate industry will be an advantage

• Familiar with design software such as InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator and Acrobat Reader

• Team player, self-motivated, well-organized, and possess a good eye for details and aesthetics

• Able to work overtime, tight deadlines and under pressure
