JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  

Issue and follow up of our AR invoicing, from our Transport Management System (Cargowise);

  

Reconciliate, and follow up our AP invoicing from suppliers, partners, agents;

  

Control the data accuracy input in our internal system;

  

Amend data input in our system to reflects real shipment details;

  

Improve data controlling processes in cooperation with the IT team;

  

Run reports on the data accuracy;

  

Assist in prepare monthly financial reports and submissions for management review

  

  

  

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  

Education level (pursuing/obtained) bachelor’s degree and above preferred

  

Required level of Work Experience in the shipping or freight forwarding industry: 1-3 years;

  

Languages: Good written English command;

  

IT skills: Good knowledge of MS Office suite;

  

Organized and analytical, able to provide assistance in operational aspects of the company;

  

Has good time management skills and a “can do” attitude;

  

Attention to details, comfortable with numbers, a basic accounting formation is appreciated;

  

Knowledge in Cargowise (wise Cloud) system is a plus;

  

Be a team player and assist in ad hoc projects when required.
