Responsibilities

 

·        SEO (Search Engine Optimization) and PPC Management - Review Analytics to optimize contents; Plan, manage and execute search engine optimization efforts to ensure consistent high keyword ranking on search engines; Report findings and provide appropriate counter-strategies when appropriate; Develop and excuete PPC key word strategy, review and optimized on a regular basis

 

·        Build, launch and report on Digital Marketing campaigns aligned with GCN business strategy and local priorities and events. Activate contents in multiple campaign channels (Eloqua, third party platforms, etc.), and ensure proper tracking, nurturing, and reporting for effectiveness and quality.

 

 Work with cross functional teams to manage lead conversion through SFDC.

 

·        Collaborate closely with Marketing, and cross-functional teams to design and implement a digital strategy that reaches diverse stakeholders in multiple market segments, positively impacts business performance, and enhances online presence and reputation, by analyzing our business growth requirements, external digital landscapes, as well as high-impact opportunities, risks and issues

 

·        Work closely with the Global Digital Marketing team to maintain the multilingual customer website, define editorial lines, and coordinate translation of assets available in the global digital assets library.

 

·        Helps setting up GCN partnership initiatives with major digital and e-commerce platforms

 

Position Requirements, Qualification, Experience

 

·        Bachelor’s degree – Masters or Advanced degree preferred

·        3+ years of Digital Marketing and e-Commerce experience in consumer goods, retail and/or agency

·        Experience of creating and executing customer journeys required and big data analytics experience strongly preferred

·        Executive mindset required: an influencer and a consensus builder with strong abilities to navigate in a matrixed organization

·        Ability to analyze, define and convey complex concepts and strategies in verbal and written communication to internal and external audiences

·        Self-motivated and self-directed, however, must have demonstrated ability to work well with people

·        Good at English with excellent writing and presentation skills
