职位概述：

销售主管负责对留学备考中心的销售部门的全面管理和指标的完成，包括课程销售销售团队管理

工作职责：

• 监督监督销售的咨询及服务流程与结果，确保课咨询过程及服务过程符合规范流程
• 负责向校长提供常规运营管理以及数据分析报告
• 组织校区内部部门例会召开
• 负责校区团队员工士气激励，保持高昂良好的士气，协助推行或执行新政策
• 协助完善与销售或服务相关的流程
• 负责其他与校区运营相关的项目

  

任职资格：

• 3年以上工作经验, 有团队管理经验优先
• 有教育行业销售经验
• 熟悉雅思，托福，SAT考试系统优先
• 强烈的责任感
• 极强的沟通能力
• 能在压力环境下工作
• 结果导向

Synopsis：

The Sales Supervisor is responsible for the full operation of salesdepartment and achieving the sales target. This includes all pre-sale and post-sale activities in the centre.

You will：

• Monitors staff daily consultant procedure and result to ensure the standardization for operation work procedure
• Responsible to submit regular operation reports and data analysis to CD
• Responsible for team’s sales skill development and organizes regular relevant workshops
• Motivates the team at any time, builds up positive morale for the team’s development, and assists CD to implement all rules school-wise
• Be actively involved in the school’s marketing events. Make suggestions; follow up with actions and analysis the effectiveness of the events to the CD
• Responsible for project task from supervisor

  

You have/are:

• At least 3 years work experience, team management experience is a plus
• Familiar with SAT ,IELS, TEFOL examination system is a plus
• Strong sense of responsibility
• Able to work well in a team environment and work under pressure
• Result oriented
