工作内容：

1. 在leader指导下进行职位分析，理解客户的职位需求，通过各种途经（公司数据库、招聘网站、Cold Call、候选人转介绍等）完成人才搜索和寻访工作；

2.电话沟通潜在候选人，全方位了解候选人的基本信息如薪资、真实想法等，判断候选人与职位的匹配度；

3.搜集、分析IT互联网市场信息，根据项目总结明晰目标公司组织架构，做深入的Full-Mapping工作；

4.推荐合适候选人给顾问，并根据要求制作推荐报告；

5.推进项目进展，提供面试安排、结果反馈、背景调查及后续跟踪服务，做好候选人与企业协调沟通工作；

6.与入职候选人及潜在候选人保持良好的沟通；

7.把候选人简历以及沟通情况等录入公司系统，实现数据库维护与更新；

8.协助顾问负责猎头项目的具体推进、执行，完成年度业务指标。

任职要求：

1.统招大专及以上学历；

2.1-3年销售、商务、市场或人力资源相关工作经验；

3.对猎头行业有兴趣，喜欢与人沟通的工作，具备良好的沟通能力；

4.有强烈的进取心和追求成功的意愿，敢于挑战高薪；

5.能深度挖掘一切可用资源、信息，做事结果导向；

6.能够在压力与挑战下保持乐观与适度自信工作态度。
