C&B Expert 薪酬福利专家

地点：北京

薪资：40-50w

内容：

8年左右C&B经验，有薪酬福利体系搭建经验，英语流利。

Job Summary:

Plans, designs, develops, analyzes, communicates, and implements Total Rewards (TR) strategies and programs consistent with JV business and HR strategies;

Consults with and trains business leaders to develop, plan and implement TR solutions to address unique organizational needs and requirements.

Manages consultants, vendors, employees, and third parties to ensure program delivery.

Analyzes and interprets internal and external data to model changes to various reward elements such as base salary, short-term incentives, long-term incentives, health and welfare, etc.

Works with payroll and HR ops team to ensure C&B delivery.

Education & Experience:

? A minimum of 5 years of C&B experience is required; 6 to 8 years of experience is preferred.

? A Bachelor Degree is required; a focus on Human Resources preferred; or equivalent experience.

? Good planning and organization skills, attention to detail, ability to handle multiple tasks, and work in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment.

? Knowledge of government regulations as they apply to compensation base and incentive compensation programs, company policies and operations.

? Strong and proven analytical skills

? Good written and verbal communication skills.
