Responsibilities:

 

1. Development and design of key components of Common Rail Injection systems for customer applications in China

2. Design improvement activities in close cooperation with the European lead organization

3. Perform packaging studies in customer applications

4. Create tolerance studies and define content for FEM simulations

5. Provide bill of material and assembly specification as well as installation instruction

6. Consider the system functionality in terms of quality and costs during the development process

7. Create 3D models to illustrate the technical content by using ProE

8. Support of purchasing and supplier quality department in selecting appropriate international or local suppliers for the Chinese market

9. Participation in series release process and PPAP process.

10. Support BD/Sales activities in China from technical side and participate to the establishment of Liebherr CRS business in China.

11. Report functionally to expert team in Europe, and disciplinarily to local organization in China.

12. Creation of technical documents for customer-support.

 

Requirements:

 

1. Bachelor degree or above;

2. Degree in mechanical engineering

3. Profound knowledge of CRS components, knowing components working principle, More than 5 years experience in the development of common rail injection systems or comparable products

4. Knowledge of diesel-engines (preferably heavy-duty)

5. Strong skills in 3D CAD tools preferably ProE

6. Experience in change management and PDM (product data management)

7. Fluent Chinese and good English in speaking and writing;
