职位描述
工作职责：
1、监督和协调发展项目，拟定项目方向
2、制定预算、进程计划、项目的质量指标，并确保项目进度
3、选择和管理临床研究项目的CRO
4、协调临床试验物资的配送
5、主动协调并与项目工作组成员解决各种问题
6、编写项目文件，确保数据准确性
7、监督临床项目团队，配合公司战略，提交项目进度报告并提出建议

任职资格
1、相关专业学士及以上学位
2、5年以上的国内(含国际)临床项目管理经验

3、优秀的领导能力
4、优秀的人际交往，沟通，谈判，计划能力
