Mission
Conduct corporate communications research and analysis on communications market trend, defined brands’ activities and etc. Coordinate measurement for communications excellence. With qualitative & quantitative analysis provide logical and insightful conclusion, supporting planning and continuous optimization.
What are my responsibilities?
· Regular corporate communications intelligence project such as monitoring on the defined brands' communications activities based on public data
· Coordinate measurement, slice and dice data into meaningful conclusions, supporting communications planning and optimization
· Construct key communications reporting mechanisms, such as dashboards, reports and etc
· Assess key communications projects/programs
· Coordination with HQ on key intelligence and research projects, such as competitive brand research
· Intelligence or research projects based on business' request
· Management support and corporate programs
What do I need to qualify for this job?
· At least 3-5 years’ experience of market research and analysis experience;
· Strong analytical ability and critical thinking and well organized
· Highly motivated and forward thinking, attentiveness to details and able to work independently as well as with a team
· Courageous and bold, dare to speak up
· Open-minded and respect others
· Flexibility, agility and creativity in dealing with business challenges and problems
· Project/budget management
· Good English, both written and oral; Good PPT designing and excel skill;
· Master degree in relevant majors preferred;
