工作职责：

1.在确认库存可用性和产品分配后，根据已建立的部门政策/程序处理客户订单/变更，与关键客户沟通相关信息，如交货计划、样品安排和产品可用性，并与物流和财务人员协调。根据既定的政策/程序处理客户退货。

2.正确归档关键客户的订单。

3.对公共文件夹中的信用/退货/非A类质量检查进行文件审批。

4.按照订单/退货单确认系统账单，确保增值税发票的正确、及时。

5.作为第一位客户联系人，处理客户对指定产品、订单状态和/或变更的关键查询。

6.根据主要客户的交货要求和工厂生产状况，优先安排交货计划。跟踪来自运输或仓储服务供应商/供应商/承运人/物流等的反馈，以确保按时交货。

7.团队领导交办的其他相关工作。

岗位要求：

1.3年及以上供应链，物流，报关，客服支持工作经验；

2.逻辑清晰，善于分析，工作主动，沟通能力强，具有团队精神;

3.英文能力良好。

4.大专及以上学历，专业不限。
