JOB SUMMARY

The C&B Officer, China, is to responsible for the daily HR operations of China, including HR system, Compensation & Benefits and other C&B administrative tasks. He / She is required to communicate frequently with all levels within the Company, and externally with different service providers, such as payroll company, government bureau and etc.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

· Provide HR services and advices to line departments and employees for China, act as the communication bridge between Corporate office and Retail stores on C&B issues, identifying issues and liaise on solutions

· Responsible for Payroll and Benefits administration for China

· Work with external service providers to ensure payroll, social insurances, benefits administration and taxation are properly administered

· Manage Workday system including data management, documentation and compilation of data for analysis

· Manage expatriate documentation, such as visa and work permit application and renewal

· Assist annual assignments including salary review, performance bonus exercise, incentive scheme and staff cost budget, etc

· Participate in salary survey and conduct market salary benchmarking for both existing staff and new hires

· Ensure compliance with statutory requirements and alignment with competitive market practices

· Assist HRBP to organize Outing, Annual Dinner, Employee Appreciation Week and other staff activities

· Support ad-hoc project/tasks

EDUCATION & PRIOR EXPERIENCE NEEDED

· College degree or above, minimum 3 years’ relevant retail working experience in HR Department

· Possess basic financial knowledge

· Good analytical mind and problem solving ability

· Strong teamwork spirit / communication / interpersonal skills

· Excellent computer and English skills
