IT Business Application Specialist (FI/CO/BO)

工作地点：徐汇区

工作职责

1. Communicate and coordinate the SAP Finance and Controlling activities in the company in cooperation with local and central service departments (finance, accounting, controlling, etc.)

2. Consultancy for SAP-FI/CO/BO module and corresponding processes, like PS module, understanding and documentation of business requirements

3. Coordination with development team and monitor the progress of developing activities and updating the status with respective teams

4. Provide user training where appropriate

5. Provide 2nd level support for FI/CO/BO and related modules

6. Provide basic support on SAP HR topics

7. Help implement SAP FI/CO/BO projects on the sites (complete lifecycle etc.)

8. Analyzing functionality gaps and developing alternatives

9. Provide effective scope and issue management

10. Develop and implement service level management agreements on SAP process together with the central IT application team

职位要求：

1. Bachelor Degree or above（Prefer Accounting or Finance）

2. Demonstrated ability in FI/CO area of SAP (GL, AR, AP, AA), preferable also knowledge in other modules

3. At least 1 full cycle implementation

4. Experience in SAP S4/HANA is a plus

5. Experience in SAP HR module is a plus

6. Excellent people communication skill

7. Good business process knowledge

8. Team spirit and work independently

9. Good command of English (written and oral)

10. Flexibility and mobility
