Purpose
& Overall Relevance for the Organization:
To design market right graphics and basic apparel
products which extend the global adidas Originals apparel collection for the
China market
Key
Responsibilities:
Analyse China market trends and
transfer into creative solutions which tieback to the overall adidas Originals
design directionDesign and develop on short
calendars consumer centric creative graphic & apparel solutions to extend
established adidas Originals range concepts for the China market.Self-manage own creative process and
execute within the given milestonesExecute graphic design work
according to the visual language of adidas originals as well as given corporate
identity and legal guidelines.Collaborate with Product Design team members to ensure
holistic storytelling and holistic brand look and feelVerbally present apparel and graphic
ideas with clarity in small groups and team meetingsSupport efficient process and
communication flow between the x-function China originals creation team as well
as the respective HQ design teamDesign consumer centric graphic-,
apparel- and colorconceptsCreate complete tech packs of graphic
artworks and/or basic apparel productsEnsure graphic excellence on
techpacks include original artworks, color indication, execution information,
artwork sizesEnsure apparel excellence on techpacks
include all relevant sketches, fit, material-, color-, and trimming informationReview and approve
production stages of creative execution, ensuring creative excellence to
the endSupport efficient process and
communication flow between the x-function China originals creation team as well
as the respective HQ design teamIdentify opportunities of improvement and change, and
initiate own proposals/projectsKey Relationships:
