JOB SUMMARY
The candidate is a passionate expert of the digital landscape in China with an understanding and appreciation fashion/luxury industry. Working closely with the headquarters in New York and the China team, he/she will assist Digital Marketing Manager, China to develop and integrate social media/digital initiatives, including developing and managing digital campaigns across a wide array of digital platforms, assisting the creation of content on social accounts, and integrating innovative approaches into the overall brand’s marketing strategy. Other duties will include SEO/SEM integration, e-comm campaign execution, monitoring and analysis of social media/digital trends to evaluate the effectiveness of digital initiatives.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Social/Digital Media
Coordinate the social media calendar with marketing, PR and retail activities
Maintain social media platforms (Weibo, WeChat), analyze the paid advertising effect on social media platforms and optimize the planning for next step
Assist digital marketing manager to develop and implement digital marketing strategy and campaigns
Closely work with both internal stakeholders and external agencies to ensure the smooth operations and integrity of digital strategy and campaigns run smoothly
Provide results of online marketing programs and the performance of key metrics such as impression, engagement and member related data.
Collect and share market trends, competitors’ cases and the consumers’ behavior, to formulate the overall digital strategy
SEM/SEO
Execute, monitor and track the performance of SEM/SEO to bring qualified traffic and drive conversion.
Identify SEM business opportunities based on competitive research, industry data/trends and key metrics of current marketing campaigns
Build SEM volume and efficiency forecasts, making recommendations on keywords
Initiate tests (keywords bid, ad copy, landing pages) to improve key metrics

E-Commerce
Collaborate with internal teams and agencies to plan and execute campaigns on Tmall
Coordinate delivery of assets with Tmall Partner (TP) on an on-going basis
Leverage branding campaigns or initiatives to lift Tmall traffic and sales
Monitor and optimize marketing KPIs for Tmall campaigns and ad spend, and define action plans to optimize funnel accordingly
Social CRM
Work with digital marketing manager to develop tactics to acquire new WeChat followers and drive member binding
Develop and execute strategy for targeted member communication on WeChat to retain and grow member’s loyalty
Continuously monitor and analyze performance data and optimize on-going digital activities to drive member engagement and revenue targets
PROFILE
University graduate with minimum 2 years’ experience in digital marketing related field. Experience in luxury and prestige brand is a plus
Good knowledge in social media, minimum one-year practical experience on social media platforms like Weibo and WeChat.
Good knowledge in H5/WeChat Mini Program, digital content development, SEM and SEO. Social CRM and E-commerce experience will be a plus.
Proven digital marketing initiative and experience with successful campaigns.
Creative and innovative, internet and trendy savvy, entrepreneurial spirit
Fluent in English and Chinese.
