Objectives of the Position

·        Focus on the application booth relevant equipment maintenance, crater prevention of  projects and engineering  management to ensure the right and timely service support to internal customers

着重应用喷房相关系统设备管理、项目的缩孔预防和工程管理，以保证给内部客户提供正确和及时的服务。

Main Tasks

·        环保\健康\安全 EHS

  1)在各项维修与工程项目活动中，完全遵守并符合公司EHS相关制度与流程。

Strictly abide by the EHS rules and regulations of the company during any maintenance and engineering activity.

  2) 及时向主管报告不符合EHS要求的行为和设施，从而确保EHS持续提高。

Report any incorrect behavior to keep continuous EHS improvement.

·         维修 Maintenance

 提供闵行喷房设备日常维修支持，辅助漕泾。

Provide routine maintenance support for all relevant Booth equipment at Minhang, support to Caojin site..

执行喷涂机预防性保养计划并记录完善。

Implement PM schedule for application machine and record efficiency.

·        日常改造和小项目Small modifications and projects

配合执行所负责的小项目和设备改造，确保按时、按质完成，并控制项目费用在预算之内。

Responsible for implementing the small modifications and projects scope, schedule, quality and cost.

负责与国外供应商和专家进行技术沟通和确认。

Responsible for communication with EC experts and external supply vendors.

·        持续改进 Continuous improvement

开展设备设施的持续改进工作，提高设备可靠性，满足生产营运的需求。

Keep continuous innovation, improve equipment reliability to meet the requirements of production improvement.

·        备件管理及协作Spare parts Management and Collaboration

反馈备件消耗，配合仓库管理完成备件采购。

Feedback our spare parts consumpiton/cooperate with warehouse keeper to purchase necessary parts.

Technical & Professional Knowledge: PLC, Low Voltage system, AutoCAD.
