General Description:

This position will support the day to day IT operations of Guangzhou manufactory. They will support the delivery of technology services that support and improve business processes for the users. Leads service management, customer support, relationship management, and providing technical guidance.

Essential Functions of the job:

? Primary contact with site leadership to define and prioritize IT service requirements.

? Ensure adherence to established corporate strategies, standards and policies and suggest modifications as appropriate.

? Ensure the stability, performance and integrity of IT backbone (LAN, network equipment, VMs, Servers and storages) which support MES, PIS in manufactory.

? Ensure the stability, performance and integrity of all in-house data, voice/video, and wireless network infrastructures.

? Maintain all end point devices like Desktop, Laptop, Mobile devices according to the Corporate guidelines and standards.

? Be a proactive member on any IT projects which be assigned by Global IT or business group.

? Maintain all IT devices in Lab or workshop in the GxP environment.

? Perform security audits, system backups and recovery of server and network infrastructure.

? Provide training guidance to end-users whenever appropriate.

Qualification

• 5+ years of experience in an IT management or leadership role leading teams for both infrastructure and systems projects, preferably experience in (pharmaceutical) manufactory industry, at least a mid-size plant required;
• Experience working with IT and business systems in a manufacturing environment;
• Broad understanding of systems operations, systems management, user support and help desk methodologies;
• Familiarity with networks, firewalls, ISPs, VoIP and data centers
• Experience with a virtualized environment in a distributed infrastructure
• Proficiency with system/data backups and restores
• Experienced in SOX Audit and know how& why, familiar with IT Compliance
• Experience presenting and influencing across an organization or team
• Sound administration and interpersonal skills. Must be able to interact in a team environment
• High degree of diplomacy and ability to see and rationalize multiple points of view
• Fluent English and good communications.

Preferred Qualifications:
