Job Description

1. Understand the current service transition mode and upcoming new mode.

2. Coordinate with process owners and technology owners to define technology requirements to support company process strategy and deployment.

3. Check and verify STI Service Readiness Criteria checklist is completed and shared.

4. Collaborate with Stakeholders to Subscribe System to SLA Framework

5. Collaborate with stake holders & ensure availability of proper DR (Disaster Recovery) Plans

6. Ensure and validate Application Monitoring Plan

7. Ensure and validate Hypercare Plan

8. Review and validate exit Criteria for Hypercare closure

9. Ensure STI handover and engagement closeout

Job Requirements (Please specify mandatory skills, additional skills)

1. Should have good understanding of all ITIL processes.

2. Should have Manufacturing experience

3. Should have good understanding of phases of SDLC

4. Should understand Release management cycles

5. Must be fluent local language speaking and should be ready to work at customer plat location
