Responsibilities:

This role will be mainly responsible for the module of Staffing & OD.

Staffing:
？1. Clearly understand the company’s business needs, implement the whole recruitment process (pre-communication, advising, interviewing, selecting, reference check, offer, and engagement).
？2. Monitor and search local talent market of biotechnology industry, provide information of talent market trend and advice
？3. Continuously improve the satisfaction degree of recruiting
？4. Implement the staff engagement process and procedure (from entry to exit) to ensure the staff engagement is conducted in effective and consistent way and responsible for implementation.
？5. Support the staffing activities and projects
？6. Organize the introduction training of new employees as well as coordinate the skill training by department
？7. Be responsible for SAP, HR Budget and Planning Tool and Umantis System maintenance to ensure the data is updated accurately and timely

OD:
？1. Organizational diagnosis according to the company and department business operation. Provide professional solutions for the company's organizational development according to the company's strategy.
？2. To design organization and post according to business development and process improvement.
？3. To update timely organization structure and post description with the business development.
？4. To build and improve succession management tool and facilitate the succession management and competency development process. To guarantee successor prepared for the key post in the company.
？5. Working with internal and external training resources to deploy the proper training and meet entity training needs.

Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree ,major in HR, Biological and Biotechnology is preferred
2. 5Y+ working experience in HR recruitment filed
3. Working experience in Life Sciences Company is preferred
4. Fluent English in writing and speaking
5. Excellent communication skills and teamwork
6. Be familiar with SAP, BW system
