Job Description

In general:

- To leverages relationships with the customer in support of local sales strategies, to use internal and external resources to overcome potential barriers, to aid the sales teams to cross political boundaries

- To provide leadership across different business units from strategic decision making down to the project planning level, and also define and implement IT policies, procedures, and best practices.

- Covered product ranges of Bosch China: automotive plant product lines facilities, automation/hydraulic transmission, home appliance, heating, air condition, power tools, building technology and smart life devices (BSH, TT, BT, PT, DC, AA)

Sales Process:

- Provides cross BUs / region coordination of smart city activities and manages resources to maximize results from identified opportunities;

- Pricing, sales strategy, key customers and projects visiting and coordination, government lobbying;

- Ensure approved sales processes are followed and company procedures and systems are effectively deployed in the pole;

- Provide leadership for sales pursuits;

- Manage the Account program; Lead growth initiatives, planning and sales forecasting processes;


Qualifications

Commercial Management:

- Willing and ready to go in depth with peers to solve issues

- Good understanding the requirements from customers

- Innovative and adaptable in a fast paced changing environment

- Excellent English is preferred

- Willing to travel within China and Germany
