职 位：Quality Assurance Manager

Responsibilities:

· Design and build custom test cases for backend, frontend web software and mobile apps (i.e. regression, stress, performance, feature, usability)

· Define testing requirements/objectives, and author test cases for highly complex technical issues

· Track and analyze assigned projects, verify all are subjected to adequate levels of quality testing prior to release (functional and presentation)

· Assist and lead Development leads with highly complex issues on testing approach, product design, product implementation, and other technical matters

· Participates with management in strategic planning for testing and release policies and procedures

· Build and manage an internal QA Product Team

· Work effectively with remote development and testing teams

· Manage bug tracking tools and practices

· Support Sales, Software Developers and Support teams with on-site testing and trouble-shooting of reported issues

· Effective communications skills, focusing on presentation of technical information

· Must have expert knowledge of Software QA processes, tools and methodologies

· Demonstrated ability to prioritize and manage workflow to meet aggressive deadlines

· Demonstrated ability to establish and maintain an effective follow up systems to ensure timely and accurate handling of information requests

· Review the solution against customer requirements and make sure they are met

· Work closely with the Teams and the Project Manager to refine requirements and project planning

· Responsible for overall coordination and management of assigned projects

Requirements:

· Bachelor or Masters Degree in Computer Science, IT or related disciplines

· 7+ years Software QA experience

· Experience with Linux and Windows a must

· Excellent documentation skills a must

· Experience testing infrastructure products a must

· Very good understanding of Hardware/Software interoperability challenge

· Experience with Cloud computing & Virtual Machines (VMWare, Xen, Hyper-V) a must

· Experience directing and managing remote testing resources

· Experience with test automation tools

· Experience developing and implementing regression, stress, performance, feature, usability testing and procedures

· Strong research and analysis skills

· Experience testing deployment process procedures (i.e. scripts, installations packages, etc.)

· Knowledge in computer networking, Internet, Web and IP technologies

· Knowledge of scripting language - Shell script, Python, Javascript

· Experiences on embedded devices and video compression/streaming technologies (i.e. MPEG, DVB, CAS, DRM etc.) is an advantage

· Strong sense of responsibility and able to work independently

· Good analytical and problem-solving ability

· Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
