Job Description

• Direct, influence and support the sales life cycle for connected manufacturing and logistics solutions and resolve technical queries arising from industrial customers. Participate in the preparation and presentation of sales proposals and assist in negotiations and closing of deals as required.
• Engage prospects specifically also from the manufacturing and logistics to identify business problems and crystallize requirements. Develop conceptual solutions representing our architecture and propose solutions.
• Specify and lead development of demos and prototypes for prospects and customers.
• Contribute towards the development of new solutions as and when required, incl. gathering market intelligence, defining product requirements and business case development.
• Represent Bosch Connect Industry in external and internal events to create awareness about our products and solutions. Assist in the creation of collaterals and presentations for local market needs.
• Interact across teams to integrate the product with other products in Industry 4.0 ecosystem or platform.

Qualifications

• Up to 10 years of relevant working experience of which 5-6 years of hands-on technical roles, with recent pre-sales and/or technical sales/solutions assignments.
• Proven success as well as substantial working experience with companies providing software solutions for the manufacturing sector.
• Deep understanding of Industry 4.0 concept, trend and elements.
• Experience of application/integration of MES, LES, ERP, WMS, Data analytics or cloud deployment are preferred.
• Strong entrepreneurial spirit and high level of creativity is essential.
• Pro-active and able to work effectively within a multi-functional and cross-cultural team across organizational and functional boundaries.
• Fast learning ability for new technology and system.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills in Chinese and English.
