Job Description

? Level 2 support of support service incident tickets
? Performance monitoring and control of outsourced vendors
? Competence management and training to outsourced vendors
? Mitigating control, antitrust governance control on Joint Venture company
? Single Point of Contact (SPoC) for external companies on IT related topics
? Solution management of customer request on IT related topics

Qualifications

? Bachelor degree or similar academic education
? Good knowledge in IT arena for infrastructure and application
? Familiar with ITIL process is an advantage
? Team work spirit and good communication skill
? Fluent in oral and written English, and willing to work in international team
