Job Title: Mining Inspector （工程机械）

The Liebherr Group's Mining division supplies the international mining industry with large machines for the extraction of raw materials in open-cast mining environments.

Thanks to numerous innovations, Liebherr supplies the latest range of equipment in the industry. The objective is to offer the most extensive range of products for excavators with an operating weight of more than 100 tonnes and dump trucks with a payload of 100 tonnes and over.

The main development objectives in all equipment classes include high machine availability, technical reliability and maximum energy efficiency in the entire drive system. On-site, Liebherr mining excavators and mining trucks achieve very high productivity rates as they can haul more tonnes per hour at a minimum operating cost.
 

Key Accountabilities主要职责：

1. Focus on safety and advice on best working practices during execution of maintenance and repairs, as per Liebherr guidelines. Respect the customer guidelines on the mine site.

2. Guide and train the on-site Service team

3. Train the technicians doing the service on the equipment (hands-on training)

4. Provide guidelines for planning and preventive/predictive maintenance

5. Perform or supervise mechanical and electrical maintenance and repair tasks on the equipment:

6. Test the equipment’s performance

7. Troubleshooting

8. Advise on maintenance practices for equipment long term durability

9. Represent Liebherr towards the on-site service team and the customer

10. Provide information on factory updates and upgrades

11. Advise on the special tooling, the spare parts stock, the equipment usage

12. Promote Liebherr products and services

13. Organize major jobs, such as machine assembly / commissioning, or major component’s change-out

14. Report on his activities

15. Inspections, service and visit reports

16. Failure report and improvement proposal reports for information of Liebherr Mining Factory

17. Attend when required to Liebherr Mining internal product improvement’s meetings
    
    

    Key Experiences and any Qualifications职位主要经验和技能要求

1. Very good knowledge and experience in maintenance and repairs on Liebherr equipment.

2. Ability to troubleshoot with methodology any type of failure.

3. Ability to communicate in verbal and written form with customers.

4. Leadership skills

5. Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
