Key Responsibilities:

1. Be responsible for general lab consumable
2. Assist BD manager to develop and implement dedicate sales plans, identify and develop new business opportunities to drive business growth.
3. Take responsible for the assigned product line to support sales target achievement, including the all sale documents preparation to supporting sales team
4. Partnership with other BD, Sales, Sourcing and related functional teams to conduct plastic and glassware products sales strategy, new products Go-To-Market plan, sales training and relative events to support business growth.
5. Support new product launch by seminar, workshop or training in China market
6. Proactively provide technical support and answer inquiries to sales team
7. Identify products features by global resource and adapt to local market inquiry, based on the marketing strategy complete the sell brochure with Marcom team
8. Act as a linkage between Marketing and Sales functions by providing reports and analysis
9. Collate market intelligence and latest information on various competitor activities and then formulate result oriented sales schemes
10. Analyze the sales vs. forecasts to identify areas for improvement
11. Develop knowledge of the organization, products, service, customers by working closely with experienced professionals
12. Other tasks or projects assigned

Minimum Requirements/Qualifications:

o University in Chemistry, Biochemistry, biology or related discipline.

o At least 3-5 years working experiences, with the products management experience.

o Familiar with life science application experiment technology

o A good knowledge of general lab consumables

o Laboratory working experience is a plus

o Ability to effectively communicate on the phone, oral and written communications.

o Good Chinese (Mandarin) and English communication skills.

o Effective relationship building skills with internal and external partners.

Working Conditions:

o 30-50% travel in China

o Sits at computer for extended periods of time and uses a keyboard and mouse to interact with computer system.

o Frequently uses phone to converse with business partners.

o Frequent writing and reading in both English and Chinese
