POSITION SUMMARY:

To develop semi-auto and automatic assembly machine for FCI DG. Work with manufacturing engineer to estimate feasibility to replace manual operations by semi-auto or automatic machines.

1. Feasibility and Cost estimation for automation projects.

2. Mechanical design for semi-auto or automatic machines.

3. Automation projects follow up by meeting the target on Cost, Quality and Time.

4. Machine assembly, debugging and qualification.

5. To work with manufacturing engineer to improve or upgrade existing semi-auto and automatic machines.

6. Comply with EHS policy.

Experience & Knowledge Required:

1.At least 5 years work experience in mechanical design. 2 years above machine design experience on connector industry.

2.Familiar with mechanism design with CAM, cylinder driven or other high speed module.

3.Have solid experience on high speed insertion machine design..

4.Have solid experience on auto machine maintenance, connector manufacturing will be preferred.

5.Have experience on electrical control design will be preferred.

6.Good knowledge of cost estimation.

7. Skillful Pro/E, AutoCAD

8. Good knowledge of project management.

9. Good skills on communication and interpersonal

10. Initiative, positive, optimistic
