Essential Responsibilities
Key responsibilities/essential functions include (but are not limited to):
· Forecasting: Working with cross functional teams, identify and agree upon a rolling 6-month forecast. Provide detailed monthly and quarterly forecasts to manufacturing, materials, and regional commercial operational teams.
· Performance Measurement: Monitoring and analysis of sales history, reporting of forecast changes and drivers. Measuring and analyzing regional key performance indicators and derive clear actions from it. Track and analyze regional supply performance and take leadership in exceptions management.
· Process improvement: Identify and participate in supply chain demand planning improvement initiatives.
· Stakeholder management: Take personal responsibility to keep key stakeholders informed and escalate and manage issues for resolution.
· Development: Be pro-active in addressing issues, sub-optimal use of resources, sharing best-practice, acquire a thorough understanding of related metrics and their impact on operations and keep informed and updated on relevant planning theory, statistical methods and modeling as well as forecasting benchmarks. Takes corrective action to ensure problems do not reoccur. Anticipates obstacles and thinks ahead to next.
· Compliance: be compliant with cGMP practices, finance regulations as well as regulatory environment and reflect this in systems and day-to-day operations.
· Quality Specific Goals: Aware of and comply with the GEHC Quality Manual, Quality Management System, Quality Management Policy, Quality Goals, and applicable laws and regulations as they apply to this job type/position. Complete all planned Quality & Compliance training within the defined deadlines. Identify and report any quality or compliance concerns and take immediate corrective action as required.

Role Summary/Purpose

This position is responsible for consolidating & understanding sales & marketing data in order to lead production of sales & delivery forecasts for a defined region. It is expected that the individual has a thorough understanding of the business - in particular commercial & financial planning, regulatory environment & logistical issues - to anticipate impacts on sales & supply, take leadership and personal responsibility in identifying and establishing economic solutions & recommended actions.

Qualifications/Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent knowledge or experience and strong supply chain experience or HS diploma and significant supply chain experience or equivalent knowledge
• Previous experience from working with Sales and Operation Planning
• Demonstrated process analytical skills/ number savvy including proficiency in using Excel and PowerPoint
• Demonstrated experience from Driving Change with Global and Cross-functional teams in a matrix environment
