Synopsis:

As a Marketing Support Manager at EF English First Kids & Teens Franchise Operation, you will be in charge of planning, implementing the overall marketing and PR activities in all China Franchise Schools nationwide. 

The role:

The Marketing Support Manager will play a very important role in the Kids & Teens franchise Marketing support team, work with regional support team and contribute to the business success of China Franchise with solid knowledge and your professional expertise. You will report to Marketing Director in franchise central support team.

You will:

• Develop the annual and monthly marketing plan both at regional and school level to grow EF Kids brand and generate new leads.
• Monitor channel effectiveness and make necessary changes.
• Work with school staff and franchises operation teams to develop and maintain comprehensive marketing support program.
• Work with PR and advertising agencies, designers, printers and other vendors to support marketing activities.
• Increase leads generation through verify of marketing initiatives
• Run competitor intelligence and provide management with the latest update.
• Analyze marketing effectiveness data to improve and refine marketing initiatives continuously.

You have/are:

• Recognized university degree, and major in business, marketing, communication or related fields.
• 5－8 years marketing experience and in a managerial position at least 3 years in fast-paced growth international environment.
• Creative, lively and dynamic with an entrepreneurial spirit.
• Proven ability to analyze and interpret data under changing conditions
• Ability to prioritize multiple projects, meet challenging deadlines and perform under pressure
• Self-motivated and able to solve business challenges and provide solutions with minimal supervision
• Be comfortable with proposing ideas, and able to follow up the ideas with plans and actions.
• Able to manage a team of internal staff and outside vendors to support our schools marketing efforts.
• Very hands on and want to get involved, especially when supporting activities outside the school.
• Good communication and presentation skill.
• Good computer skill, including proficiency in MS-Office
