This position is one of the key interface with operation, customer care center and EF schools, responsible for coordinating reporting process, provide insights to operation and play a critical role in supporting EFEC growth and customer satisfaction. This position needs to develop and generating data-based report, track KPI achievements and drive process improvement and project delivery. Use data analysis to identify operational and other trends to support providing best in class service to customers.

This position will directly report to the National Operation Manager, and stakeholders include National Operation Manager, Director of Customer Service, Regional Service Manager and Customer Service Supervisors etc.

本职位是运营，客户服务中心和EF学校的重要窗口，负责协调报告流程，为运营提供支持，并为EFEC业务增长和客户满意扮演重要角色。本职位需要开发并获取基于数据的报告，跟踪KPI达成，支持流程改善以及项目落地。使用数据说话，发现并明确运营相关的数据及趋势，为顾客提供***服务。

本职位向全国运营经理汇报，利益相关者包含全国运营经理，顾客服务总监，区域服务经理及顾客服务主管等。

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

主要职责

Maintain a comprehensive database to track key operational data-based analysis in accurate manner.

持续跟踪运营数据，确保数据准确

Generate monthly reports on customer service, refund and other operational metrics.

准备顾客服务，退款及其他运营数据报告

Provide ad-hoc data tracking for supporting operation and project delivery.

支持运营及项目落地所需的临时数据支持

Provide and present performance achievement and insights.

提供业绩达成及分析洞察

Assist National Operation Manager with various job assignment.

协助全国运营经理处理事务

Work closely with Central Operation Team, Regional Service Team and Customer Service Team.

和总部运营团队，区域服务团队及顾客服务团队紧密合作
