全国销售总监 National Sales Director
National Sales Director is a key role in Kids and Teens Franchise Operation team. Its focus is to enhance the function and hit key business KPIs by building up and implementing sales and service yearly strategy. In addition, this role will be responsible for leading sales improvements in all franchise centers across the nation to fully accommodate business growth.
Job requirements
· 10-15 years (or combination of) B2C sales experience and solid sales track or regional management experience
· At least 2 years of frontline sales management related experience in Education industry
· A good trainer in delivering sales trainings
· Proven ability and patience for getting into deep into details and processes while understanding and helping set long-term strategic direction.
· Proven ability to understand and enforce key operating procedures, encourage innovation and disseminate best practices.
· Experienced team leader, as well as a real team player
· Extrovert personality, self driven and passionate
· Strong fit for company culture
· Fluent in English and Mandarin
· Bachelor degree is must, and Masters level education is prefer
· Marketing experience will be a plus
Job summary
· Develop and finalize national sales yearly development strategy
· Build up sales KPIs for the local centers as well as headquarter support team
· Supervise sales operation in all local centers across the nation
· Lead and delivery sales training and coaching to local centers
· Cooperate with other headquarter functional teams for different projects and goal achieving purpose
· Report directly to General Manager.
The specific responsibilities of the National Sales Directorare as follows:
Optimize national sales platform and standards
1. Optimize sales platform across nation
2. Optimize Sales Management systems and policies
3. Optimize in-center operations and drive/transfer best practices nationwide
Optimize sales Management system development, implementation & Quality Control
1. Review and constantly improve sales Management system
2. Design and deliver quality control and Audit mechanism
3. Enforce and facilitate sales Management and National Sales Audit throughout organization
Lead Human Resource and Team development strategy
1. Lead regional sales manager team and ensure team training and development
2. Set overall sales training and development strategy
3. Optimize sales talent supply strategy
4. Lead national sales headcount initiatives and incentive programs
