关于这个岗位:

为了配合英孚儿童及青少年学校在中国连锁运营体系的高速发展，现需招聘一名运营系统支持专员，负责英孚内部系统的日常支持，培训资料研发,数据分析以及配合其他业务部门开展内部项目。汇报对象为运营经理。

 

工作职责：

- 向英孚内部员工提供系统的使用支持；

- 开发整理维护公司内部培训文档，协调日常培训；

- 向学校员工提供系统相关的培训；

- 评估考核学校员工对于内部系统的使用与反馈,定期审计与进行数据分析；

- 收集内部用户对于系统及资料的反馈并协调研发及内容开发团队的沟通；

- 配合其他职能部门的项目实施以及市场活动。

 

 

任职要求：

- 大专及以上学历，1年以上相关工作经验(可接受应届毕业生)；

- 具备良好的沟通技巧与数据分析能力，熟悉PPT, Excel软件的使用；

- 具备系统支持，培训或项目管理相关经验者优先考虑；

- 良好的英语听说读写能力，CET-6及以上者优先；

- 具备良好学习能力，耐心细致，对工作有热情。

Position: Operations Support Specialist

 

 

About this Position:

 

To support the growth of EF Kids & Teens China Franchise business, we are looking for a System Support Specialist, who will be responsible for supporting EF internal online systems, develop and maintain training contents, conduct data analysis and coordinate operation related projects. Report to Operations Manager.

 

Responsibilities

 

l Support EF staff on EF internal online system usage

2 Develop and maintenance internal training materials

3 Provide training to school staff on internal systems

4 Evaluate the usage of internal systems, conduct audit and data analysis

5 Collect feedback from internal users and coordinate the communication with system development and content development team

6 Provide on-site support to EF schools in different cities

7 Support other functions on different projects and marketing events

 

Skills Requirements

 

l Experienced and skillful in training development and delivery

2 Solid on Chinese/English documentation, fluent in English speaking

3 Good skills in communication and data analysis, familiar with PPT, Excel tools

4 Bachelor or above degree with more than 1 years of working experience

5 Experience in system support, training or project management preferred
