Bachelor degree, accounting and finance qualification

5 years work experience in multinational company on treasury management

Familiar with FX policy and Hedging operation

Good command in Microsoft application systems, such as excel, word, PPT etc.;

Openness in communications

Good team player
Fluency in English.

Responsibilities and Tasks

Assistant Treasury Manager in Treasury and risk management.

Monitor and manage the job of treasury accounts for daily Treasury operation

Supervise daily bonds operation business for the company, including communication with branch and the bank to ensure the efficiency and security of the bond issuing process

Assistant Treasury Manager in bank Service for TEC field

Monitor the daily cash flow of the company to ensure that liquidity management to be optimized and Cash forecast follow up

Follow up Cash pool projects to enhance Group policy

Assistant Treasury Manager to update currency policy to make the local operation to be complied with the government financial policy

Daily Hedging operation and FX outstanding payment follow up

Liaise with insurance broker for daily insurance project operation

Other tasks assigned by Dpt. Mgr.

1.协助税务经理处理税务及其风险管理。
2.监管公司的资金账户。
3.监管公司的日常债券业务，包括与分公司、银行的沟通以确保债权流程的有效性与安全性。
4. 监控公司的资金流动以优化对流动资金的管理并跟进资金预估。
5.跟进现金库管理项目能严格依照集团的政策。
-6. 更新货币政策，促使分公司的财务运作能遵照政府的金融政策。
7. 跟进日常的对冲及外汇操作。
8.与保险经理人联系，确保日常担保项目的操作。
9.协助税务经理处理蒂森电梯有限公司中国区的银行业务
10.遵循公司制定的各级政策和流程。
11.在公司的方针下使用公司的工具和资源。
12.根据安全管理系统的要求，遵守公司所有的安全政策，流程和工作指导书并按照安全手册的要求履行他／她的相关责任。
以保护他／她和同事的安全。
13.上级安排的其他任务。

教育程度（学历、专业）：本科学历，主修财务管理或会计等相关专业
工作经验（最少工作年限
和工作经验）：5年跨国公司资金管理工作经验；
熟悉外汇市场政策以及对冲操作
外语能力：流利的英语
计算机技能：熟练操作MS办公软件
其他特殊技能：较强的分析和判断能力；优秀的沟通技能
