职位描述
岗位职责:
1. Input and update the cargo tracker system as per the requirement from different agents in the network.
录入、更新网上不同代理的货物情况。
2. Ensure all data in the system is 100% accurate and timeline compliance. Ensure the SOP from various clients is 100% compliant with.
保证数据录入系统的准确及时。按照不同客户的SOP准确完成客户要求。
3. Follow up the Routing Order from overseas agent, contact with the local suppliers and feedback to the cargo status to the agent in time.
按照海外代理的指示完成订单,及时与本地供应商联络,并向代理反应货物情况。
4. Collect the booking for R/O shipment and transfer it with the requirement from shipper to Operation Department accordingly. Ensure the cargo is well planned and properly forecasted.
收集货物订单并根据要求将托运人移交给操作部门。保证货物运输的准确计划及预测。
5. Follow up the free hand shipment independently and support sales team for rate inquiry, cargo follow up & cargo tracing, etc.
支持销售部门自揽货的独立完成,包括询价、货物追踪、货物查询等。
6. Effectively react to ad-hoc situation and address to the practical problem with no delays.
有效及时的构建点对点情况特殊问题的处理。
7. 配合操作部门处理操作问题,确保操作问题顺利并可以满足客户需求;支持销售部门,提供售前与售后服务。
8. 负责大客户(FOB/CIF)的维护:
9. 首次联系新客户
10. 起草SOP
11. 处理客户投诉:
12. 与相关方共同调查与处理CASE,并及时向客户反馈。
13. 总结分类投诉,避免同样的情况再次发生。
14. 接收/归档投诉
15. 处理来自代理/客户/办事处间的询价
16. Indoor Sales:在客服部门扮演销售角色,协助和支持销售的业务发展。
17. 采购订单管理:及时处理订单跟踪系统,确保准确及时。
18. 售前、售后:负责装运前的工作流程和售后服务。
19. 销售线索跟进
20. Other work assigned by the leader.
其他领导安排的工作。
岗位要求:
1. Fresh graduate will be accepted; 3-5 years experience in freight forwarding industry is strongly preferred.
应届毕业生亦可;有相关经验3-5年者优先录取。
2. Good manner, good sense of customer service is a must & rich in freight forwarding knowledge will be an advantage.
态度佳,客户服务意识强。拥有丰富的运输知识优先考虑。
3. Implanted awareness of importance of SOP. Capable of using SOP as an efficient tool to deliver the desired customer service result. Always target at 100% SOP compliance.
对SOP的重要性有清晰的意识。有能力利用SOP作为有效工具完成客户期待的结果。总是以百分百完成SOP作为目标。
4. Positive can-do attitude, sleeve-up working style and excellent team spirit.
